I'm hoping you can help me. I have a mooncup and am desperate for it to work, but it leaks all the time. What am I doing wrong? I have read the FAQs on the website which describe how to put it in and get a seal and am sure I am doing this right. Any ideas??

You may not have the right size, they do come in 2 sizes. My best advice though would be to email the advice centre at www.mooncup.co.uk and a specialist advisor will get back to you. I did this when I suddenly started having problems and the Nurse Advisor who got back to me was fantastic. We worked out together that size was the problem, I went up to the bigger size and all was fine.

Other things that might cause leaking are: positioning it too high, the little holes round the top being blocked (clear them with a pin if needed), positioning it at the wrong angle (depending on which way your cervix goes). It's all stuff their advisors will help you figure out.

Thanks, I will email them and see what they say.
