...want to go to the big climate change demo Dec 5th? I thought this might be a good place to post this

On 5th December, as the negotiations start in Copenhagen billed as the last chance to save the planet from catastrophic climate change) there will be a march of tens of thousands of people through central London, ending by surrounding Parliament on both sides of the river.

A friend of mine works for Stop Climate Chaos and says they will try and group parents with children together and hopefully have street entertainers to keep older children happy. I think it's important that there should be lots of parents with children there to make the point that it's our children who will be stuck with this if we mess it up. So I thought I'd ask around to see if any of the other people I know with small children want to join me and we can meet up and go in together. Have this crazy idea of seeing if anyone in other parts of London could do the same, picturing loads of people marching with buggies...

Anyway, does anyone else think they'll go? (obviously not just Londoners but easiest for us to get there).

I will be going with my dcs (7 and 10) but coming in from outside London on coach with others.

I know lots who are planning to bring their los.

That sounds good - I was really hoping to go to Copenhagen, but not sure I will be able to now.
I have just launched a push at work to get as many people to sign up the HOPENHAGEN petition by giving away lovely free eco-friendly cleaning products to anyone who signs up. two worthy clicks from www.methodproducts.co.uk
