Solid Dishwashing Soap

Hi, am trying to reduce my use of plastic and am very aware of the amount of dishwashing liquid my family goes through. Almost a bottle a week (no dishwasher so hand wash everything).
Does anyone have any recommendations for a solid soap type thing I could use instead? Thanks Smile

Currently using a mixture of this www.babipur.co.uk/ecoliving-washing-up-dish-soap-bat.html and liquid WUL which I refill at the local zero waste shop.

Sounds brilliant, thanks. Just one (cheeky) question. Does it smell really coconutty? I have a big aversion to the smell and taste of it Blush.

Not that I have noticed, but then I am perhaps not as sensitive to it as you are. I believe there are non-coconut ones out there, but not something I have looked into.

Thank you for your help. I will certainly look into it 👍🏻

I had a really good sniff tonight and couldn't detect the coconut.

Alternatively you might be able to find a shop that refills bottles?

How about Splosh?

Medee · 05/09/2019 12:34

Splosh is a good idea. I haven't tried their WUL but their other products have been good.

Thanks so much for everyone's help. Some great things to look into!
