Has anyone tried any eco laundry balls of any kind? I'm trying out Indian soap nuts, they're ok but wondered about balls.

They work fine for me. I don’t tend to have anything that gets that dirty but they can handle my sweaty running kit.

Can you remember which one you got?

I tried the egg and the soapnuts. Went back to washing powder.

They work fine unless you have actual dirt on clothes. So my work clothes ok but sports wear and kids clothes it was terrible. We have it and use it but only on clothes without actual stains

I had an egg from Lakeland , it was fine if you washed relatively clean stuff in small quantities , - anything really grubby I used detergent ,
The eggs are great if you have itchy skin conditions
