I've refused up to now but just moved to Bulb Energy and they're offering one that can be transferred to a new supplier if you change in future. Have you moved across ? Thoughts ?

If its METS2 standard which started being rolled out in October, you should be able to use it with any supplier. Though I bet there are a lot of old mets1 meters still waiting to be installed.

METS2 is also a lot more secure. So yes, I'd do it. Am amazed the METS1 meters ever got rolled out, and here I am, stuck with one... grrr...

Ah ok, that's at least gives me a conversation starting point. Thank you. Do you find your more careful with your useage because you can see what you're using ? Or does it make no difference ? I like that it will send the meter readings for me as I always forget and as I pay as I go for what I use rather than a fixed DD and then owe them loads and
