I am planning a camping trip soon to Wales and was thinking about visiting the Centre for Alternative Technology with the children as they are very keen to know how long it will take mummy to save the planet .

Has anyone been?

I've been several times, both with and without children, and really like it. Would recommend it to anyone.

King Arthur's Labyrinth is a great day out too!

I'd go there for the restaurant alone (yum)

I'd love to go there. How old do you think your dcs should be for them (and you!) to enjoy it?

just to add my twopenny worth fot the CAT centre. Its great! loved the carriages that pull you up to the centre - think they were water powered. Loved the eco-houses and the Gia film show. Cafe was good too.

We went

I loved it, the children loved it.

And we all felt honoured to contribute to their composting processes!

I was inspired by the kitchen gardens and quite taken aback with the stunningly beautiful surroundings.

Really really recommend. Thank you to everyone else that did.
