ds loves tuna sandwiches but I just heard an interview with the authors of this book Slow Death By Rubber Duck and it's given me the fear about the amount of mercury ds could be eating.

i think its recommended that children only have 1 (or is it 2?) portions of tuna a week.

Personally id stick to thos eguidelines and wouldnt let children have tuna every day.

I work in an independant school, where as well as the main meal children can have jacket potatoes (with tuna / cheese / beans) every day, and we make sure that they arnt allowed to keep having tuna
