Who should I report poor hygiene at a soft play to?

My local soft play has an issue with hygiene.

Now I know if they serve food they have standards to adhere to, but are there any standards with the soft play equipment itself?

They have been taken over by new management and the soft play equipment and toys are now vile and it's such a shame as my lad in particular loves it there.

Where is this best reported to does anybody know?

It's more so the local council you need to tell

Complain to the owners first.

If you think it's a health hazard, then environmental health at the council.

The owners first to enable them to do something about it. If they don't then environmental health.
