currently going through high stress with my extended family. seriously thinking of cutting ties with a sister who has hurt me deeply. im just wondering anyone elses experiance of this particulay if you left .... hope this is the right board to post on

Detox first. Limited contact and just take a long break then see how you feel. The problem might be a mixture of things such as lack of boundaries on both sides so use the time for reflection.
