My neighbours constantly argue, however I can hear her shouting for him to get off her. How do I intervene? Will the police do anything? it’s giving me flashbacks from my childhood and living in a domestic violence situation. I don’t know what to do?

If you suspect domestic violence call the police on 999 when you hear them. I called when I heard my neighbour screaming in the night "get off me, please, leave me alone!". The police arrived and called an ambulance as he'd broken her arm.
