The reason I did not "return" until now is a fact of life that many of us have to address, managing life.
At the very least I would have liked to see what others were saying especially cycle riders.
Is there a country where cycle riders have to have some form of easily identifiable ID?
As I said, if we all did our bit on the roads inc pedestrians/riders/drivers/etc, the roads would be a safer place.
Slightly ot but Monoco has very few road problems as car reg can be identified as info freely available. IMO, if cycle riders had their postcode on their high-vis and there was a serious breach of the highway code, I'm sure the police would be able to trace them. FYI, for most streets and roads of about a hundred properties, there is often just one postcode.
As I said in my original thread, the majority of riders are lawful riders and those that breach the rules give all good riders a very poor press.
PS - I will Google to see if any country does have ID for cycle riders.
