A judge said only rich people deserve or should expect justice? Shouldn't British Justice be for everyone regardless of their bank balance? Is this okay for a judge to say? Should he be reported for saying this?

Nonsense

Since the widespread cuts to the legal system, only the rich have much hope of justice, and even they have no guarantee. The delays to trials, lack of legal aid, general underfunding of both police and courts are dreadful.

Don't know what this judge said specifically so can't comment, but the idea we have a functioning justice system in the UK is a joke.

I expect you've misunderstood. Many in the legal profession are currently raising concerns about only rich people having access to justice. Sounds like you've got the wrong end of the stick.

I think he was probably referring to the lack of legal aid funding. Lots of lawyers are writing to their MPs at the moment to campaign for more funding for legal services. Could you provide the context please
