Affair at the dentists

So I'm at the dentist, waiting for my root canal and a couple are across the room from me, quite tactile with each other. Fairly normal. Then she starts saying that he can only see her on x day and x day because she'll be at her wedding. 🤔

And???

What's the dilemma?

(I think affairs are generally awful and pretty cowardly so would tell a friend for example but can't see how this situation involves you at all?)
