Does it bother you if you're out with friends and they choose not to drink? I'm not talking about people who don't drink at all I'm talking about people who drink but decide not to for various reasons. Does it make you feel uncomfortable? It doesn't bother me if someone decides not to drink but it bothers my friend a lot. I once told her I'd drive us to the pub as I wasn't drinking due to having to be up early next day with kids and she told me to just leave it we'd go out another night. The whole time I was pregnant we only ever did lunch if I suggested a night out she'd be busy.

It wouldn't make me uncomfortable but she was probably doing you as favour, as drunk people (even after 2 drinks really, a lot of the time) are painfully boring to be around when you're sober. Maybe she's aware of that?
