Simple mobile phone

Hi, I’m seeking recommendations for a mobile phone which is easy to use. My mother fiddles with her iPhone and regularly changes the settings so she can’t dial out etc. She needs to be able to make phone calls and send text messages. Receiving photos would be handy too.
We used to FaceTime each day but she keeps accidentally disabling it.
her vision is ok but cognition is impaired.

Look at the doro range of phones we got one from argos that are designed for this

An Alexa with a video function might be useful. You can set them up to use them for video calls and you can tweak with the app remotely? She can also send voice messages to you just by talking. The good thing is that it's on mains power so won't fall foul of the charger going missing.
