I am in the process of getting this done for my Mum (still only 65 so no state pension yet) Dad supports her in the main but she withdraws £545 from savings each month. As she 'earns' under £12,000 pa she is eligible to pay the reduced fee but how do we prove her income?

I think the info you need is on the second page of this document. In the right hand column about half way - https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/5a8227e8ed915d74e3402082/LPA120-Lasting-power-of-attorney-and-enduring-power-of-attorney-fees.pdf

Thank you, I have read that but am not sure what evidence to provide that will meet the requirements. As I said my Mum has savings and she takes money from them each month. It say the proof 'must relate to the time you sent the application to register' how can you prove it in the future iyswim. I think it will have to be the signed statement but hate not knowing what they are looking for and if it is refused she might have to pay again.
