Big incontinence knickers

My very, very elderly DM has to go to an event that will probably be longer than she can manage with pads. It's a formal event, so quite crucial that she's comfortable.

Can anyone recommend a big pair of pants that's not so bulky but still absorbant?

I’m guessing that she has them prescribed and delivered already? If so they are the best ones as the slip pads ( given by continence team) ‘hold’ much more with the supplied net knickers than the pull ups. Possibility of taking an extra discreet set in handbag- can buy them from Amazon

Yeah, I'd looked myself but as she's not keen on the idea, I thought I'd ask here for an actual recommendation.

That's a really good idea about the slip knickers. I don't think she uses them atm, she only has the pads. I'll have a look! Thanks.

Tesco are great. Really comfy and hold loads. The ones in the dark blue packet

I have incontinence issues and when I really need more protection I find using a couple of the largest pads in a full brief with a pair of snag chub rub shorts over the top works well to hold everything in place. (They’re basically like a pair of cut off tights, not as tight as Spanx / cycling shorts, they just hold everything tight).

Very quick update, the fixation pants have been a success. Thanks!
