Carer taking items?

Mum and Dad mentioned tonight that their cleaner might be taking items

What do I do?

We live in a small town, where everyone knows everyone

I have emailed the organisers to ask her to ring my Dad next week but now I am worried for them both ☹️

What do they think is missing?

This is a tricky one. Of course there have been instances of carers who have stolen but also, more commonly, confused people lose objects - I had a relative on a psychiatric ward who believed staff and other patients were nicking her things but it was all in her head.

It's really difficult to say what to do but I'd make really, really sure there's no chance stuff has gotten lost before accusing the cleaner.

What's gone missing? Is there anything similar you can put an air tag on to track?
