Should I just buy a bog standard Argos one for my elderly mam's bed? Any recommendations?

I got one from B&M which I'm very pleased with - you can put it in the washing machine and it has a soft top sheet layer over the plastic waterproof layer and good deep borders to keep it in place. And reasonably priced - I think it was about £10 for a single, a couple of pound more for a double

The really cheap ones rip very easily (this is the Amazon ones).

If you get one with fabric as well they last much better

Thanks - when you say fabric is it so that it absorbs the liquid?

Best places to buy from are incontinence websites. Loads online.

I would get a good thick one from a decent supplier then use a normal Argos one over the top

HippyChick sheets not plasticky easy to
wash and breathable dm used them when DF was unwell.

I got these https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08FRKXJ9R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 and they are comfortable to sleep on. I occasionally wake up feeling cold and wet and realise that my wife has had an accident but it is comfortable, machine washable and seems to wear well. They take a while to dry so I have three of them.
