My mum went for a brain scan because she hearing loss in one ear and has dizzy spells. She's had a letter saying that no tumor or lesions have been found but there's significant wear and tear on her brain and needs another scan. What do you think this means?

I think your mum needs to speak to the consultant about this.
Wear and tear on the brain is a new one to me!!!
