Patient Access

I recently asked my DM’s surgery for access so that I can book appointments, prescriptions etc. I filled in the form, but now my own Patient Access has disappeared, and hers is now on the app I downloaded.
Is this right, can you only have one Patient Access account ?

I have 3 Patient Access accounts (mine plus 2 DC) and I just log out of one and into the others. It sounds like yours might be set up differently though, I have to log in each time I open it and I just change the account number at that point.

I have mine and one DS on mine, can’t get DH on it, despite getting various codes sent through to do so. I’ve now DH registered on the NHS app, there’s so much more info on there, like blood test results, any hospital letters. On my Patient Access there’s hardly anything.
