I’ve just looked at the slim one on Amazon, £137 !!!
Unfortunately they like to bump up the price of anything dementia related to astronomical prices. I was looking for a simple one button radio for my dad to listen to the dementia radio station M4D but they are silly prices.

My dad has Alzheimer’s and the clock I posted was recommended as good for dementia sufferers but just isn’t specifically for dementia. We happened to have one already ourselves. Are you looking for one with audible prompts or a particular feature?
As I said earlier, I’d like it to change the time itself when the clocks move forward/backward. I’d have thought that was an obvious feature of a dementia clock, but apparently not !

@mum11970 Does the clock you posted spell out what time of day it is, whether it’s 4 in the morning or 4 in the afternoon?
@KangarooKenny can you tell us what you mean by a “dementia clock” , what are the specific features you need for that? Otherwise we can spend all day suggesting clocks we feel are suitable that change time automatically only for you to say “but that’s not a dementia clock”

If you look at dementia clocks on Amazon you will see what they are, they aren’t just a digital clock.
Glad your sorted.
I have a dementia clock. Only difference from a normal digital clock is that it spells out whether it’s morning, afternoon or evening. Another popular design of dementia clock has a background which changes from light blue and sun to dark blue and stars. So there are different designs of dementia clocks. It is really frustrating to suggest thing only to be told “that’s not what I want” by someone who refuses to say what it is they actually want.

I’m pretty sure I said that I wanted a dementia clock that automatically tells the time. Yet I get asked what I want 🤷🏼♀️

Yes, that’s a dementia clock.
