Ring doorbell

DM is in a first floor flat with her own front door. She uses a mobile and a tablet but struggles a bit with both. Has anyone installed a Ring doorbell. Thinking of getting one so that she can see who’s at the door before going down to open it (she’s got one replacement knee and will need another so can’t rush) I would also get the chime so that she can hear it if her mobile is in another room.

I think ring doorbells are great. AS LONG as the wifi is good (for both the doorbell, and wherever you are accessing the app).
Otherwise there can be a delay on the app and by the time you get it open, whoever it is has gone.
