Shower screen advice

My Mum finally came around to the idea of a walk in shower replacing the bath. It’s in place and she’s happy apart from it would be better if she could see the edge of the screen. She has poor vision so I know what she means, it’s clear with no obvious edge. Has anyone any suggestions of what we can do? Currently thinking of hazard tape but I think she would like something less obvious Confused . Any suggestions?

How about some glass safety stickers? They could be fixed to the dry side of the shower screen

You can get a vertical pole that clips between ceiling and floor - you could set that near the edge of the shower screen and that would both show where the edge was and give something safer to grab than the edge of the screen. You might still need something on the screen so that she walks to the right of the post and not to the left.

Thanks for the suggestions. Sadly, I don’t think she would be able to see the frosting or stickers but the pole sounds a possibility. I’ll have a look.

Peels of London do a range of window films that if applied to the outside of the screen could be attractive and bright .
