Recommendation for easy use tv

I wonder if anyone has any recommendations for an easy use TV for an Alzheimer's sufferer.

She is saying the volume is going on and off so I am not convinced she isn't tampering with it herself, but if is is replaced, it needs to be idiot -proof, especially as I will probably have to show her how to use it and have mild technophobia myself! She also uses headphones that the neighbour set up for her as it was blaring through the wall.

Her current one is quite large screen and am afraid no idea what make it is.

Hi Grinchly,
Dad had problems managing his TV. I couldn't find an easy use tv set. This simplified remote was helpful. It didn't resolve all the issues but then nothing ever does with dementia.
