Easy Skype device

Elderly MIL is about to move nearer to her DS1 and further from us. We're unlikely to be able to bring the children to see her as often as she's used to and were thinking that Skype would be useful to help her feel closer to them.

She's just about able to use a mobile phone but has never used a laptop or iPad nor is ever likely to. Can anyone recommend a super-easy to use way of Skyping? I've seen this on Amazon which looked promising:

When you say " just about able to use a mobile " actually an iPad or iPhone with iMessage / face tine is super easy , if you mean a touch screen. Skype isn't hard either. If all the iPad is for is this then a 2nd had older model would be fine.

If she can't touch screen I'm not sure what to suggest.
