Hi, I wondered if anyone could help from experience with this. My mum with mild cognitive impairment has been somehow accidentally calling premium rate directory enquireis from her mobile - I guess by thinking it was free, rather than accidentally pressing buttons - and has run up a nearly £200 bill on one day. Tmobile have been completely unhelpful so far. Is it worth trying to get some refund or just put it down to lessons learned too late? I'm hoping if I change her contract we can put a credit limit on it, too - they won't do it on the very old contract she has - if anyone has any info on that that would be really helpful too.
