Easy satnav?

My 86 year old aunt is forgetting her way around
London by car. Could anyone recommend a simple satnav? I have a 6 year old Garmin but considering how laborious I find it , am sure it would drive her mad. But maybe they have improved?

Fairly, yes, so far.

Garmin 205 are meant to be easy to use, basic functions but very good. Or the Tom tom one. I would google both and look at the reviews.
