Potential Nightmare re DPs, need some advice

My parents are in a difficult situationwhichnisnpotentially getting a lot worse. my df has lewy body's dementia and Parkinson's my mum is his sole career at home. She has had a number of cardiac episodes and is now being investigated for cardiac amyloid oasis which is rare and usually fatal within one year. I have no idea where to start re care and support

I would speak to their GP and ask the GP where to start. They should put you in touch with the appropriate department of your parents' local social services who will help you.

If there is a carers centre near you, they will be able to help you understand what is available locally, and how to get it for your parents. They may also know which care homes locally would be suitable for your dad
