Ds was happy about going off to Bournemouth to do the Foundation Course. Suddenly an offer from Leeds drops through the letter box.

Which one should he choose?

Surely it depends what the courses offer, location, cost etc

RollaCoasta · 31/05/2010 00:18

Courses judged about the same, costs are the same, course content similar, both have accommodation outside halls of residence, we can get to both (one easier than the other, but not fussed either way)....

So I'd really like to hear from anyone who has personal experience of either! We're in a quandary we weren't in 3 days ago!!

Weather is much nicer in Bournemouth but Leeds is a much livelier city for students. I'd choose Leeds.

Leeds College of Art is brilliant. Their exhibitions are a treat. Leeds is a cool city to be a student in.

Bournemouth is a nice place and it's got the seaside as a bonus. Dunno what the facilities education-wise are like. But is it as cool as Leeds?

Bournemouth very safe campus and surrounding area.

Bournemouth nightlife lots of clubs - although overrun with stag and hen parties.

Easy to get to London and Cornwall for Tate galleries.

I know nothing about Leeds
