Hi everyone,
My son got accepted to go nursery in St Matthew Academy , blackheath south east.
Any bad /good experience to put yr kids in this nursery? Are the teachers are doing fine? A quick feedback will be appreciated!

St Matthews Academy has taken on the residual pupils from the old St Joseph school (failing school I think?) and that had a terrible reputation. However, my friend has two bright boys at St Matthews, one in year five and one in year six and they are doing well. It is a large school with a very wide catchment area (children coming from as far as peckham) and not really representative of the local demographic. It has probably had a lot of money thrown at it. Not sure how the nursery fits into the site as have not visited, but I guess a positive thing is that it goes all the way through to 18.
