e.g 1 reception class
1 year one class
1 year two class...

If so how many is in the class?

It seems so much these days there is more than one class for each year group.

Our primary (in London) has one class per year group, with 30 kids in the lower years, and 25 in Year 6. We had to fight the council to keep the school - they wanted to close it.

I like the family atmosphere - even the caretaker knows all the kids' names. And all the parents broadly know each other and each others' kids. There's a good cultural mix too.

know Eype beach well, it is lovely round there, esp the Hugh F-W countryside between bridport and beaminster (netherbury)

my dd`s current school is a 3 form entry. but from september she will be going to a school with only 130 pupils in it. they have 5 classes in total & mixed age groups. much nicer imo than the massive institution she attends now
