Do pupils from Belmont get more scholarships at Mill Hill?

Am thinking about entering
DD for a scholarship to Mill HillSchool London for 2010. However a friend's DS sat there yesterday and she said that most of the children there seemed to be from belmont - as it is a "feeder" do these children have an advantage and would it be better to avoid the extra stress of scholarship exams if she is unlikely to get one? Does anyone know about this? Am new to all this.

Belmont accounted for about one third of the awards made by Mill Hill for 13+ entry for Sept 2009 (results out recently), BUT i think that is because more Belmont children tried for them. FWIW they are changing the system so next year all children sitting for entry can be considered for scholarships if they perform well in entrance exams.
