Does anyone have any experience of St John's College Choir School, Cambridge?

My DS is having a pre-voice-trial audition there next week. It looks very nice on the website (!) - but does anyone have any real-life experience of the school? If so, I would love to hear it!

Oh, thank you MrsWeasley! You are very kind... My main fear is that he'll actually be accepted to one of these places (he has informal auditions at Christ Church and New College schools as well), which will mean we will have to make big decisions that affect all of us (and decision making is not my strong point!!)

2 of ds's friends went there (joined his school in year 9) & both seem very nice well balanced lads who also sing very well!
