In private schools, how much do the fees go up each year?
Last year they went up 8% at our school but the year before, they went up 6%.
Also does anyone have a rough idea how much all the extras would cost at junior school age. Thanks.

Thanks LIZS, I'll let my mum know that one to one learning support is about £30 an hour. That will definatly convince her that I've made the right decision.
If I had the money then I'd love her to stay there, but you can only do what you can.

But that isn't the rule at all schools, so you need to ask your school what the cost of 1 to 1 would be (or even whether they can handle SEN in the first place). At our school SEN help is included, but then no-one has more than 30 minutes 1 to 1 per day.

There is a girl with a maximum level statement in dd's class. She gets the same amount of 1-1 that she would get at a state school paid for. Her parents do choose to top it up though.
