What is a Cognita school and does anyone's dc's attend one?

i have 3 at a cognita school, one removed sucessfully, one staying as she would do well anywhere and a dyslexic son in their 'tutorial' program who is miserable and has had a recent ed psych report that outlined mis schooling. he will move next year as he's a difficult one to place. Not all schools suit all children but I have found the cognita attitude of keep em calm keep em customers extremely irritating. If there is an issue at school it needs addressing not covering up which cognita is very good at doing.
