Surely you just ignore the decimals, then once you’ve got the answer put them back in?

Times everything by ten, divide as normal, divide the answer by ten?

Broadly, multiply both parts by power of 10 to stop the second number being a decimal. Carry out the division (using bus stop where appropriate). No need to adjust the answer afterwards.
