Kent Scheme 2 and Kent Scheme 3?

The Kent Scheme 2 actually applies to "lunchtime pay supervisor" pay (so dinner lady..) The Kent scheme 3 is for a Y4 TA but the posts are being advertised together as one role.

Just a rough idea would be good, if anyone from areas other than Kent has a similar pay grade scheme

Oh come on purleeease.. I know it's boring and you're probably all half pissed (me too!) but I really need to know this..

I WANT to go to work.. but I just know the social are going to take most of it off me due to circs and make it totally not worth my while. (Something MUST be wrong with this system...)

TA 2 in Worcs is £8 an hour.
TA 3 is a little more.

Oh yeah, and to get grade 2 or 3 you have to be qualified to NVQ something or other. (Not sure exactly)

Do these Kent pay scales help?

As an example you would get £7.48 for your TA duties (in the 3 band) and £6.65 for your lunchtime duties (in the 2 band)
