15 hours to 30 hours free childcare

Hi All - I have a question about the 30 hours free childcare for 3+ year olds (term after they have turned 3) . I already have the child registered for the 15 hours free and already have a code on government login website. Nowhere can I find a route to extending this to 30 hours. Has anyone done this successfully or does it just automatically upgrade the hours from15 to 30 the term after they turn 3? Thanks

I know this is old but any luck? I'm in the same boat. Can't seem to find a way either.
I'm assuming the code is automatically given if circumstances stay the same..

Everyone gets 15 hours free, no code required. The code is to extend that to 30 hours - not everyone eligible. Ask your setting to validate the code if you are unsure.
