We are looking at relocating from Cambridge to around the Oakham/Stamford area and were seeing if people could tell me what the areas are like and the schools.
Cambridge is a beautiful city but it has a lot of problems with drink and drugs and anti social behaviour from youths. Recently someone was murdered a 10 minute walk from our house. After school in our local area groups of school kids hang around the parks and outside the local shops swearing loudly and causing unnecessary vandalism. There is also a high amount of bullying in the schools. So although Cambridge city centre is beautiful we wanted to move out before our children started school to give them a better way of life.
