Family just arrived in London

Dear all,
I have just arrived in London with my family. My kids are 12 years old, and we live in Teddington. I would like to know if Teddington School is a good option for them or if there is another school. My son has dyslexia.
I appreciate your feedback.

Is there a place available at the school?

@Caju24 , yes, Teddington is a good school. Check out its credentials here: https://www.gov.uk/school-performance-tables

Have you been offered a place there?
Which side of Teddington are you? Many children in north Teddington go to Turing House because it has a nodal admissions point in that area. But it may not have any places in your year group of interest (year 7 or year 8?).

Some girls go to Waldegrave if they're close enough to get in.

Compare the performance of schools and colleges in England

Check school performance tables (‘league tables’), Ofsted reports and financial information.

If there is space in Teddington, I'd take it. It had a rocky couple of years, but seems to be highly regarded again. Plus it's in a lovely location.
