Where is the best place? I saw on the Next website that they sell Clarks ones. Are they any good? Most of the supermarket ones and even John Lewis have not worn well at all. TIA

@Dollenganger333

For which age?

Which colour do you need to get?

WaitingfortheTardis · 15/04/2024 18:12

I know you say about the supermarkets not being great, but we've found the George Asda ones to be really hardwaring.

eddiemairswife · 15/04/2024 18:42

Can you knit?

MyOtherCarisAVauxhallZafira · 15/04/2024 18:44

Do they have to be knitted ones? DS' school has sweatshirt type fabric ones but still cut like a cardigan with buttons etc (girls and boys wear them) and they still look brand new from September

sarahc336 · 15/04/2024 18:45

I find the Asda ones great personally. M&S stuff wears brill too in my opinion

sarahc336 · 15/04/2024 18:45

Sorry these are sweatshirt type cardigans though

FlowersInAFlowerBed · 15/04/2024 18:46

Buy the proper school ones I've had them years and never felt they looked like rags 🤷‍♀️

They need to be navy and age 7. My daughter is only 4 but she's very tall.

Gap ones have been good here. Passed down without any wear or shrinkage. Others have holes or have become odd shapes!

Luckycloverz · 15/04/2024 19:45

M&S - I've found their school clothing stays looking great.

Dollenganger333 · 15/04/2024 20:09

Thanks everyone. I'll try M&S - we haven't had cardigans from there before.

The next ones are ok. Don't tumble dry
