HELP NEED TO GET COPIES OF MY TEACHING & LEARNING IN PRACTICE DIPLOMA CERTIFICATE & MANAGEMENT OF DIABETES DIPLOMA 1995 & 1997 along with my certificate of RGN 1979

Hi all

i am needing copies of my teaching and learning in practice diploma taken in approx 1994/5 at Blackpool nursing school ( the trainer was a Phillip Bradshaw) yes a long time ago

also my management in diabetic care diploma ( I had to go to Leeds to finalise the practicals ) was extremely intense !

i need these certificates and of course given its over 35 years ago I’ve tried various ways

help !
