Can this training be done by anyone from any background after the prerequisite pre-clinical course?

@Soann83

One of the courses in the Pre-Clinical list is the one at Birkbeck and the requirement seems to be a 2:2, but I can't see any particular subjects being specified. It also says that non-graduates with relevant experience may be eligible too.

That's just the Birkbeck one, though - the others on the list may specify specific degree subjects.

You will also need to be in twice weekly therapy with an approved psychoanalyst, for a year prior, who will need to right a letter of recommendation as to your suitability for the training.

Thanks for the reply @TheSquareMile.

Learning Support Assistant job in Sen school might count as experience right?

@Soann83

You could always run it by them and see what they say.

Out of the different courses, which one would be handiest for you to get to?

Would Birkbeck be suitable? It's near Euston.

I gather that the first part of the course takes place at the BPF in Kilburn, which isn't far from Birkbeck.
