Can anyone recommend where I can test for dyslexia as an adult?

I have looked online but it's all a bit confusing. Can anyone recommend where to get tested for dyslexia please?

I've always struggled but now I've gone from doing manual work to a job where reading, writing and learning is essential it's become really prevalent that I have some form of difficulty in these areas.
