bowl of daffs / narcissus bulbs as easter gift for teachers

Have idea to get DC to decorate pot then fill with soil and plant daff bulbs as easter gift for teacher.

am NOT green-fingered / capable.

is this idea possible? what would I need to do?

Daffodil bulbs need to be planted in the autumn/winter to flower in the spring, so too late now. You could buy small plants and put them in a pot with compost though.

Get primroses/hyacinths instead.. they are in flower now and will last a while.

Get a pot - decorate - add compost - make hole - add plant
