Does anyone have experience of CRGS for a girl, in sixth form? She is bright (predicted 9's and 8's), but is used to being top at a non-selective independent, and is more towards the free-spirit end of the motivation spectrum (doesn't feel pressure to perform, but does work quite hard and loves some subjects). She'd be studying physics, maths, economics, maybe classics. She is very musical but won't study music.
I am aware of historical safeguarding issues at the school. Friends with boys there say it is much improved. I'd be interested if this is also the experience for girls and what the level of academic pressure and quality of teaching/ pastoral support is like.
