Impact on Scottish private school fees if Labour come into power?

There are a few threads related to the impact on private schools fees if Labour win next year but I'm trying to find out specifically how that may impact Scotland?
I know there are two sides to it - VAT relief and loss of charitable status - but as far as I'm aware Scottish schools have already lost VAT relief (last year?) so I'm unclear what else could be around the corner - aside from inflation - but trying to focus specifically on the charitable status.

FWIW both kids in state primary, just trying to plan ahead and I see comments like 'fees will rise 20% after Labour etc' so I feel like I need more information to understand the real risks here. From reading lots of fee related threads there seems to be a MN assumption that all private schools are in London!

And yes I know fees rose sharply this year especially the schools I'm looking at. From what I know they've been frozen for a few years and that's related to a few things (teacher pay, inflation, etc).

think it's the Business Rates relief Scottish schools lost last year - all UK independent schools still get the VAT break because of their charitable status.

If labour come in that's up for review.

don't think anyone assumes all independent schools are in london it's just that contingent is over represented here?
