Where do pupils go after completing GCSEs at Huddersfield Grammar School

Hi everyone

can someone please help. I’m looking into my LO education/path and wanting to make the right decisions about investing in private education which is a huge commitment.

can anyone advise where pupils who have completed their gcses at Huddersfield Grammar go to study A levels? Is there a preferred sixth form such as Crossley Heath or perhaps Greenhead College?

any advice or guidance would be really helpful.

thanks ever so much.

this thread from 2021 does a good job of explaining things a bit more.
Moving to state sixth form the get into Oxbridge | Mumsnet
but despite all the talk the reality is the university looks at grades and wants students with top grades sitting in their seats. independent students still do over represent.
then add in that independent and grammar are looked at as one and the same when it comes to "disadvantage".

My cousin is planning to move her dds from private to state school for sixth form because she feels it will give them a better chance of getting into...
