Best private school for 7 years (NW8 or near) to attend Highgate 11+

Hello. My son is 6.5 years old and we would like him to attend Highgate School when he is 11+. We have already missed the time for admission to Y3, because we were not in the UK last year. 1) We live in NW8. Maybe you can recommend a private school that could increase his chances of getting into a good senior school? 2) Please share your experience on how to prepare a child for top schools when he will be 11+. Currently, he is attending a state school and we are also doing home-based studying with tutors

My first thought was that either Arnold House or The Hall May work for you - but I don’t think either have a standard entry point at 7+ so it’s probably worth ringing them.

I don’t think that Highgate give a list of schools their children come from (apart from Highgate prep) - I think the children come from all sorts of different schools. Good luck!
